All uk deliveries are sent via royal mail tracked, prices are calculated on checkout. Your items will be sent within 3-4 working days and may take a week to arrive.

You can also opt for free collection, please only do this if you can collect within two weeks, collection will be from the bridge street studio in Rhayader, mid wales. For further information please email eastlandceramics@gmail.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International items are sent via Royal Mail International, prices are calculated on checkout. your item/s will be sent within 3-4 days. Postage normally takes 7 working days but please allow up to 21 working days as services can vary depending on your location.  Sometimes shipping may take longer during the festive season or when during postal strikes.

Im really sorry if your post takes longer to arrive somethings are out of our control!  

In addition to shipping fees some parcels may be taxed on entry to your country and you may be charged customs clearance/handling fees before you can receive your parcel.

Christmas and holidays delivery timescales can sometimes increase due to customs and the workloads of your local mail services increasing. This is also out of our control.

PACKAGING

We try our hardest here at Eastland ceramics to use packaging that has a low impact on our planet, using recycled and recyclable where possible. Mostly we package in paper and starch fill but sometimes we use bubble wrap and plastic that has be passed on to us, this has been previously used. The packing tape we use is also plastic free.The majority of the tissue paper is from recycled materials also.

Please do recycle this packaging if you can.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that your pottery arrives damaged, please email eastlandceramics@gmail.com attaching photographs of the broken item and the packaging it arrived in, we will replace the item or issue you a refund for you as soon as possible. In order for you to receive a refund, we may ask you to return the item.

If, for any reason your not happy with your pot, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item for a full refund minus shipping costs, providing your order is unused and in perfect condition. Please notify Eastland ceramics by email if you would like to return an item and we will provide you with a return address. Returns must be sent back in the same packaging and carefully packaged to avoid breakages. Please be advised that return shipping is your responsibility. We advise you to insure your package and send it by a Tracked and Recorded Delivery service so that you are able to claim for the package should the worst happen and it goes missing. We will make sure to notify you as soon as the package arrives back with us and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item shortly after, again this will be minus the shipping costs

If your item arrives back to me in an unsaleable condition (broken or chipped) or go missing in transit I will be unable to issue a refund.

All sales of ‘Seconds’ items (which will be clearly stated as such in title and product descriptions) are final and the above refund policy does not apply.

All returns are at the sole discretion of Eastland Ceramics and we reserve the right to refuse any return.

caring for your pottery

These pots are dishwasher safe, They can survive prolonged dishwasher use, however more care is generally taken when hand washed, it's a less harsh environment for the glaze and avoids chipping .

Please avoid using your pots in ovens and microwaves (although technically they are microwave safe this hasn’t been thoroughly tested).Please avoid putting your pottery under drastic temperature changes.

Ceramics are very hardwearing and a special piece, well taken care of, can outlive us.
